Loyalty Is Rare is NUSUN's rewards and cultural program designed to motivate and retain Gen Z sales professionals through performance-based recruiting challenges and exclusive merchandise. The goal was to transform a traditional incentive program into a culturally relevant lifestyle brand that people genuinely wanted to engage with.
By building the entire brand ecosystem from the ground up, spanning visual identity, merchandising, apparel graphics, packaging, e-commerce, and app UI. The program became one of NUSUN's most anticipated initiatives, with annual product releases selling out within days and contributing to a 36% increase in recruiting sales growth.
